All Home Angels Healthcare Services Ltd's carers are trained in-house and also by West Berkshire Trainers, to both our own exacting standards and those expected by our clients.

Each applicant is interviewed so that we can assess not only if they have the necessary personal and communication skills but if we feel they are the right person for the job they will be asked to do. They are also Criminal Records Bureau checked for the safety of our clients and the confidence of the client families.

Following a successful application, our new recruits are given a full 12 week induction but during their career with us they will also be expected to attend regular additional and top-up training.

Our training is specially designed to give candidates the necessary skills and confidence in all the areas of caring they are likely to encounter. These include:

  • QCF Diploma Level 2 and 3 (NVQs)

At Home Angels Healthcare Services Ltd we believe that our training is second to none. It is wide-ranging, thorough and an on-going process, including E-learning’s Log on to care, Social Care TV and CIS,Online Trainings.
